Step 1: You provide information on your project, including pictures of the installation spaces and specification on size.
Step 2: You will receive an initial estimate range based on the concept discussed.
Step 3: You pay a $500 fee for concept development and design concepts begin.
Step 4: A concept drawing with specifications will provided to you for review and approval. You get two concept revisions of the initial drawings. Following that you will incur additional development charges.
Step 5: The final price is presented based on the approved concept. Final pricing will likely fall in the initial estimate range and is based on the complexity, material and finish selected. Time frame for manufacturing will also be provided at this step.
Step 6: Once all pricing and concept is approved, you make full payment for your custom product and production begins.
Custom products are born from our collaboration with you. We can customize an existing classic design, imagine something completely new or work from an idea for a piece you have in mind. Custom orders typically take 4 - 8 weeks from the start of the process until delivery of your custom piece.
