Return Policy

Claire Crowe Collection Return Policy:

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products unless they arrive damaged or the incorrect size/finish that was ordered.

Exceptions may be made for local customers if the customer can safely return the product to our Dallas studio.

FLARE (as a brand by Claire Crowe) Return Policy:

The return process requires products to be returned within 14 days, and there is a 25% restocking fee for non-defective merchandise. Shipping damaged items may not be eligible for return. Stock returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee and must be completed within 14 days of receipt. The refund is processed within 10 business days and issued in the same form of payment as the original invoice. The limited warranty policy covers defects in materials and craftsmanship for one year from the date of purchase. Handcrafted products may have small irregularities in shape, surface, and finish, and may vary in color from photographs. Specifications are subject to change and may differ slightly from those shown or stated. The Claims Department determines the validity of a claim based on these product expectations.
