Return Policy

Claire Crowe Collection Return Policy:

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products unless they arrive damaged or the incorrect size/finish that was ordered.

Exceptions may be made for local customers if the customer can safely return the product to our Dallas studio.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Handcrafted products may have small irregularities in shape, surface, and finish, and may vary in color from photographs. Specifications are subject to change and may differ slightly from those shown or stated. The Claims Department determines the validity of a claim based on these product expectations.
