Terms and Conditions for Customizations

• Claire Crowe Collection reserves the right to decline any custom project request.
• Claire Crowe Collection will not copy the design of another artist.
• All sales regarding custom projects are final.
• Once you approve a rendered concept with your signature or equivalent e-signature, additional revisions may incur charges.
• Quotes and invoices are valid for 30 days. 
• Claire Crowe Collection reserves the right to reproduce custom designs and include them in our future product offerings.

1. Fill out the Custom Design form to get your initial quote on the project.

2. After you receive your initial quote, if you approve, you will be sent an invoice for the design fee only.

3. Once we receive payment in full, we will begin the rendering process.

4. In exchange for the "Adjusting Existing Design" fee, you will receive two concept renderings. After selection of your preferred concept, you will be able to request one revision to that concept. You will then receive another rendering. After that, you must decide whether you would like to move forward with purchasing the product. Similarly, in exchange for the "Completely Bespoke Design" fee, the process will be the same as stated above. However, you will be provided three concept renderings and are able to request two revisions.

5. Your signature will be requested to finalize your concept decision. Claire Crowe Collection will begin producing your approved custom product once payment is received in full.  All sales are final.

6. Once approved, your custom design will take 10-12 weeks to fabricate.

DESIGN COPYRIGHT & IMAGERY USE

All designs are the property of Claire Crowe Collection. We reserve the exclusive right to produce these designs. 

These designs are exclusively owned by Claire Crowe Collection and are protected under U.S. copyright laws. Claire Crowe Collection designs may not be reproduced or copied, in whole or in part, without the written permission of Claire Crowe. Claire Crowe retains the rights to photographs and drawings of any work produced for use in our portfolio. Photographs of Claire Crowe Collection products may not be used by other manufacturers without our permission.
